Hey, Jemima here. I thought this was a really good movie for Disney. I thought it was really cute, especially since it was from Disney. A lot of Disney movies end up having "I love you." kind of scenes but this was a bit more realistic. I thought Jennifer Garner was not going to be good in this film, but she actually did really good. The boy playing Timothy Green also did a fantastic job and I would hope he gets more work in the future.
Now, I'm not going to give out any spoilers, but essentially there is a couple who can't conceive, but one day a boy shows up in their garden. He is everything they have always dreamed of. They take care of him, and clean him up. Then... they find out he has leaves on his legs. They are not the best parents but they end up getting the hang of it. Throughout the movie the central theme is that every kid is unique, so the audience and the parents think nothing of these strange leaves. He may not be the most popular kid in the world but we still love him.
